Let's Make a Difference

Neil D. Garguilo was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Fordham University with a major in history. He also took a teacher certification program during his studies and worked for two years in the NYC Public School System. However, his main work took place in the corporate world where he eventually became a manager for FedEx. Later in his career, he became the Corporate Training Manager at DCH Auto Group. Overall, he worked in several large corporations about for 23 years as a manager and a servant leader. In all of his positions, he enjoyed teaching employees to succeed.
